The Book Thief: La ladra dei libri in inglese
Touching, at times sad, at other points ironic; it is a novel set in the time period of World War II but never too dark or depressing. the sequence of events will endear you to the main character, a small time book thief.
Written by Marcus Zusak and pretty much narrated by death himself… buy The Book Thief in original language.
The Fault in our stars
“Colpa delle stelle” the title of the Italian version. The last famous novel by John Green, American critic and writer of children’s books. The book covers very sensitive subjects in an original way as with the style of this multifaceted author. It is an excellent read for teenagers but also for other; we recommend it in original language.

Reunion. L’amico ritrovato
Is a book written by Fred Uhlman, a German writer who wants to deal with the theme of friendship in Nazi Germany. I recommend reading it in English because it is simple and smooth, even for those who do not have a high level of knowledge in English, as it was written by an author who is a non-native speaker.
Buy Reunion if stories about deep friendships intrigue you.
The box set of the books: A Game of Thrones
Are you a fan of the series “Il trono di spade”? Do you like the sagas’ historical fantasy, rich in nuances and wonderful characterizations of the various characters?
If your English is already at a good level but you want to perfect it with archaic and obsolete terms e while at the same time entering the world of a bloodthirsty lord, don’t miss A song of Ice and Fire in original language, you won’t be disappointed!
Beautiful Disaster.
Written by Jamie McGuire. A love story that at times seems trivial, but all is not as it seems. A book that manages to maintain a healthy dose of curiosity until the end. Adapted particularly to teenagers, written in excellent English.
Don’t miss out on a Beautiful Disaster. A Splendid Disaster. to help you with your English and especially to read a great novel.
Someone to run with. Qualcuno con cui correre.
Maybe the best novel by the Israeli writer David Grossman. The narration in particular, overlaps planes of time, giving the sense of chaotic reality. The main characters are two guys with complicated personal stories, that will make the story bitter-sweet.
Read Someone to run with in one sitting.
