A fast and easy method
English Made Simple for Everyone consists of a textbook and 4 CDs. To learn more quickly and thoroughly it’s a good idea to skim through the book while you listen. That way you can see the concepts as they’re written while you listen to them, so you can store the information away that you pick up in each lesson. There are 24 lessons, each of which has exercises, grammar explanations, and various insights. The dictionary is provided in both Italian-English and English-Italian formats, which is particularly helpful for anyone who needs to communicate in English quickly.
A title with a promise
De Agostini’s book delivers a learning method that includes simple lessons, listening practice, and other exercises. It’s recommended especially for anyone with a smattering of English experience who wants to improve and reach a higher level of proficiency. Actually, if you already have a higher level, the book’s exercises may come off as a bit too easy. Basically, you could say this book is meant for students and beginners of all ages, or for long-time students who feel a bit rusty.
Great for travel too
English for Everyone is designed as a practical book meant to help people communicate and get by in English right away. This is done thanks to the many exercises and examples provided, but also because of another very important component: the dictionary. What if you’re travelling and need to ask for something but don’t know the right words? Have no fear! Just open the dictionary and look for the word! You’ll always be able to find what you need to say. The book comes with CDs, and is only 200 pages in paperback. So, English for Everyone is crucial if you’re planning to travel to an English-speaking country and have not yet mastered the language.
